Formi.id is a solution that bridges dental clinics and their patients. through formi.id, patients can search for the best clinics and can make it easier for users to make reservations with dentists.
With the vision of "Dental Care for Everyone" Formi hopes to help improve and realize a society with healthier and happier smiles.
